Sunny Chigbufue

Sunny Chigbufue is the Managing Partner of Corporate Headhunters Limited also acting as a focal Recruitment Lead, managing a team of recruiters, setting performance goals, and ensuring efficient recruitment processes. He is also involved in developing new sales, intelligence gathering and business development to attract business from client companies. 

Before joining CHH, Sunny Chigbufue was the Chief Operations Officer of Busa and Company Limited Manpower. Prior to joining Busa and Company Limited , he worked as HR/Manpower Manager of Aerix Group, he worked with GUS Consulting Ltd as Senior Recruitment Consultant where he manages all business related issues of the company, also he worked at Popham Walter Odusote Ltd. (P.W.O ) as Assistant HR Manager/Manpower Planner, and previously as Admin Manager / Document Control Officer and I.T Consultant/Computer Application Trainer with I.M Communication Ltd. and VS-Concepts Africa respectively. 

Sunny holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from University of Nigeria Nsukka, and Diploma in Religious Studies from same University. Sunny Chigbufue is a Member of Institute of Professional Recruitment Consultant – IPRC Nigeria and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management.
